Event Logistics is the comprehensive process of planning, executing, and controlling the efficient, effective flow and storage of goods, services, and information related to an event from the point of origin to the point of consumption. In simpler terms, it's the strategic orchestration of every physical resource, timing, and personnel movement required to build, run, and dismantle an event successfully. If the Event Planner creates the vision, the Logistics Manager makes sure the physical pieces arrive and function exactly where and when they are needed.
